      Week 16 Recap: Tuesday Edition

4th and 10 Picks Up Win Against Nix Six, Will Play for Consolation Championship

4th and 10 got the third-highest player score of the week from Jayden Daniels with 34.42 points (258 Pas Yds, 81 Rsh Yds, 5 TD/2 Int) to beat Nix Six 122.02 to 104.98. 4th and 10 took a 37.70-point lead on Thursday and never looked back. 4th and 10 has played Nix Six well lately, improving to 2-1 head-to-head this season, including a Week 15 win (132.54 to 112.46) in their last matchup. Bijan Robinson led Nix Six with 24.30 points (94 Rsh Yds, 2 TD) while Calvin Ridley racked up 16.80 (78 Rec Yds, 1 TD).

Unfortunately for Nix Six, the Cardinals Defense wasn't just the lone defense to earn a negative score; they represented the only fantasy starter throughout the whole league in the red.

For the victors, a few players have been hitting their strides at the right time, including Nico Collins and Daniels. Over the past four fantasy matchups, that duo has topped their season scoring averages by 42% and 42%, respectively. Conversely, 4th and 10 has a pair of players trending in the wrong direction. D'Andre Swift and Derrick Henry have both substantially underperformed their year-to-date averages recently. Nix Six had a player who was cooling off at the wrong time. The Arizona Cardinals DEF has fallen short of their yearly average by 61% over the past month.

Next week, the league consolation championship will be decided when 4th and 10 faces top-seeded Edward. 4th and 10 is winless against Edward in two matchups this season, with their most recent loss coming in Week 10. Nix Six finished the regular season in seventh place with a record of 7-8. They also ranked seventh in the league with 108.30 points per game. Nix Six was sent home quickly this postseason, losing in their first playoff matchup.
