Falcons head coach Raheem Morris said last Friday that Hellams (ankle) will be a full participant at voluntary OTAs, Tori McElhaney of the team's official site reports.

Analysis: Hellams missed the entire 2024 campaign due to a significant ankle sustained during the preseason, but he'll have a full offseason of health to get ready for the 2025 season. Atlanta's decision to sign Jordan Fuller to a one-year deal in free agency will likely relegate Hellams to a rotational or backup role on defense, especially if the Falcons address the safety spot in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Dolphins general manager Chris Grier said Tuesday that after numerous conversations with Ramsey "we decided it was probably in the best interest for all parties to move forward [separately]", Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Analysis: Miami has already paid out $4 million of the fully guaranteed $25.1 million that Ramsey is due in 2025 as a roster bonus, while $18.98 million of the remaining amount comes as a bonus due in Week 1 which can be spread across future seasons, making his contract relatively trade-friendly. Ramsey played all 17 regular-season games for the Dolphins in 2024 and remained a high-end starter, though failed to earn a Pro Bowl nod for the first time since his rookie year. There should be no shortage of teams interested in trading for Ramsey, though in the event that no deal can be worked out, Grier said "if he's here, we'll deal with it."

Dolphins general manager Chris Grier said Tuesday that the team is not currently considering trading Hill (wrist), Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.

Analysis: Grier noted that Hill, who is recovering from wrist surgery, has been present at team facilities during the early portion of the offseason and is working with new wide receivers coach Robert Prince, per David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel. He dismissed the idea that team was actively looking to trade the veteran wideout by saying the organization would "consider it" for the unrealistic return of "two first-rounders," Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports. Things appeared fractured enough between Hill and Miami by the end of the 2024 season that a parting of ways seemed inevitable, but the 31-year-old has since made public efforts to mend fences. After surpassing 1,700 receiving yards in each of the prior two campaigns, Hill was limited to an 81-959-6 line across 17 regular-season appearances last year, enduring both a nagging wrist injury and quarterback difficulties.

The Packers signed FitzPatrick to a contract on Monday, NFL.com reports.

Analysis: FitzPatrick entered the offseason as a restricted free agent but wasn't tendered by Green Bay, and he now re-signs with the team. Across nine regular-season appearances with the Packers in 2024, the tight end secured his only target for two yards. He contributed as a blocker on the majority of his 69 offensive snaps.

The Browns signed Okwara to a contract Monday, Kelsey Russo of the team's official site reports.

Analysis: Okwara appeared in 13 games with the Cardinals in 2024, registering 18 tackles. He served as an outside linebacker in Arizona but will likely settle into a depth role at defensive end in Cleveland coordinator Jim Schwartz's 4-3 base defense.
