Behind Three Big Performances, Battering Rams Beats Up Monsters of the Midway
Spearheaded by the trio of Bryan Bresee, Brian Burns, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers DEF, Battering Rams overwhelmed Monsters of the Midway 65.00 to 37.00. That threesome combined to score 36.00 points, substantially more than the top scorers from Monsters of the Midway (the San Francisco 49ers DEF, Arnold Ebiketie, and Ernest Jones), who totaled 26.00 points. Bresee (1 Sack) came through with 13.00 points, with Burns (1 Sack) and the Buccaneers D (13 PA, 2 Sack, 1 Int, 1 Fum) chipping in 13.00 and 10.00 points, respectively. With 65.00 points, Battering Rams had the highest total in the league this week. Battering Rams played one starter with zero points while Monsters of the Midway served up four goose eggs, meaning both teams left points off the scoreboard.
