No More Koo Cachoo (9-6, 2,008.68 points) pummeled Jockstrap Wagner (10-5, 1,809.60 points) 139.44 to 82.16. They were led by Jayden Daniels (226 Pas Yds, 66 Rsh Yds, 2 TD) with 27.64 points. No More Koo Cachoo had an early lead after the first group of Sunday games, going up 62.24 to 51.00. The lead was lost by the end of the Packers/Seahawks Sunday night game and Jockstrap Wagner had an 82.16 to 77.54 edge. However, No More Koo Cachoo emerged victorious with a comeback on Monday night.
Zach Charbonnet probably deserved more touches for Jockstrap Wagner, as he put up a whopping 66 total yards on just nine touches.
In addition to the fantasy victory, No More Koo Cachoo was savvy enough to choose winners in real football, as well. Among all of their starters, Brock Bowers is the only one that played on a losing NFL team this past week.
For the winning team, a pair of players have been hitting their strides at the right time: the Cincinnati Bengals DEF and Bucky Irving. Over the past four weeks, that duo has outperformed their season scoring averages by 72% and 39%, respectively. Despite the loss, Jockstrap Wagner had two players peaking for the postseason: Zach Charbonnet and Jaylen Waddle. Over the past month, that combo has averaged 17.05 and 15.40 points, respectively, topping their season-long marks by 46% and 40%. Conversely, the losers had a player who was fading down the stretch. Chuba Hubbard has dipped below his yearly average by 26% over the past month.
Powered by a sizzling second half, No More Koo Cachoo entered the playoffs as the No. 3 seed. They advance to the semifinals where they will meet No. 2-seeded LUCKY LINDA, who is coming off a bye week. LUCKY LINDA is riding a five-game winning streak. Jockstrap Wagner wrapped up the regular season with a record of 10-4, good for second place. When considering points per game, they ranked slightly worse (fourth with 123.39). Jockstrap Wagner was sent home quickly this postseason, losing in their first playoff matchup.
