Behind Three Big Performances, Touchpengs Silences Multiple Scoregasms
Spearheaded by the trio of Lamar Jackson, James Conner, and Josh Jacobs, Touchpengs overpowered Multiple Scoregasms 121.90 to 83.70. That threesome combined to score 79.50 points, significantly more than Justin Herbert, Nico Collins, and Zach Charbonnet (40.10 combined points), the top three on Multiple Scoregasms. Jackson passed for five touchdowns, adding 36.10 points (290 Pas Yds, 65 Rsh Yds, 5 TD). Conner put up two touchdowns to contribute 25.80 points (110 Rsh Yds, 28 Rec Yds, 2 TD), while Jacobs tacked on 17.60 points (94 Rsh Yds, 42 Rec Yds, 1 TD). Jackson also recorded the third-highest point total in the league this week, with Conner tallying his highest point total of the season. Touchpengs (10-5, 1,630.90 points) remains in second place. Multiple Scoregasms, despite the loss, clinches a playoff spot this week (first place, 11-4, 1,562.80 points).
Zach Charbonnet really deserved more touches for Multiple Scoregasms, as he put up a whopping 66 total yards on just nine touches.
While Ja'Marr Chase led Touchpengs matches (with 31.10 points), Jackson has now been the team's leading scorer in two of the past three weeks.
