      Week 12 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Ross Snatches Win from SUPERTEEN to Bring Series Record to 2-0

This week's two highest-scoring teams met in an epic battle as Ross came back and took down SUPERTEEN 179.70 to 167.18. This is the most a team has scored this season without getting a victory. SUPERTEEN falls to 10-2 (1st place) and breaks a eight-game winning streak. Ross (7-5) is in third place and has the second-highest points per game average at 132.63. However, the combined points was a bit surprising given that Ross was only expected to score 121.27 points and SUPERTEEN was projected to score 113.62 points. Saquon Barkley (255 Rsh Yds, 47 Rec Yds, 2 TD) put up 46.20 points and Jayden Daniels (275 Pas Yds, 74 Rsh Yds, 1 2PT, 2 Pas TD/2 Int, 1 Rsh TD) scored 30.40 points, exceeding their projections by 158.7% and 51.0%, respectively. SUPERTEEN was led by Courtland Sutton (97 Rec Yds, 2 TD), who accumulated 29.70 points, and Tua Tagovailoa (317 Pas Yds, 4 TD), who finished with 28.48. That pair topped their scoring projections by 131.7% and 76.3%, respectively. Although emerging victorious this time, Ross has been on the losing end of a similar high-scoring matchup once before, suffering a tough loss against Byebyebarkley in Week 5, 136.40 to 136.12.

There was one starter on SUPERTEEN that missed out on some chances. Despite being targeted seven times, Josh Downs could manage just three catches.

Barkley has now led Ross in scoring in back-to-back weeks, and for three of the last four.

Ross will match up against PurpleButcher (5-7, 1,340.64) next week. SUPERTEEN gets Lucerne Deathclaws (9-3, 1,555.62).
