      Around The League
      • Ross continues defying the pundits, and has beaten their projected score seven weeks in a row.
      • Game Of Mahomes won this week, even without starting a top-15 scoring QB.
      • Game Of Mahomes has now beaten their projected score four weeks in a row.
      • Unfortunately, Andrew fell short of their projected score for the sixth straight week.
      • No surprise here: teams have won 76.9% of the time this season when starting the league's top-scoring QB of the week (10-3 overall).
      • RobinhosGeeMen43 unfortunately stashed Tee Higgins on their bench. The 40.10 points would have represented the highest individual amount in the league this week.
      • SUPERTEEN is on a four-game winning streak.
      • PurpleButcher has now decreased their score each of the past three weeks.

      Week 17 Recap: Tuesday Edition

SUPERTEEN Wins Comeback Nailbiter over Ross, Nabs League Championship

SUPERTEEN had an excellent primetime showing with 65.50 points on Monday Night Football (44% of their total score) to slip by Ross 148.38 to 143.68. The late heroics were a bit unexpected, since they were originally projected to score 51.56 points on Monday night. SUPERTEEN was led by Jahmyr Gibbs this week, who contributed 26.30 points (117 Rsh Yds, 46 Rec Yds, 1 TD). Sam Darnold also pitched in with 24.78 points with 377 passing yards (377 Pas Yds, 3 TD/1 Int).

With 33 touches this week for Saquon Barkley, it means that his touches have now increased in three consecutive games.

For the winners, a few players have been heating up in the postseason, most notably Keenan Allen and Gibbs. During the playoffs, that duo has bettered their season scoring averages by 58% and 33%, respectively. Despite the loss, Ross had several players performing their best in the playoffs, including Malik Nabers and Jayden Daniels. During the postseason, that combo has averaged 24.95 and 33.10 points, respectively, topping their season-long marks by 70% and 55%. On the other hand, the losers had a couple of players who struggled in the playoff spotlight: Chris Boswell and Terry McLaurin.

SUPERTEEN finished the regular season in first place with a record of 12-3. They also ranked first in the league with 140.27 points per game. In their only other postseason game on their trek to a title, SUPERTEEN demolished Andrew, 175.94 to 110.58.
