PurpleButcher Overwhelms Lowly Panthers to Move into 6th Place
With the duo of Josh Allen and Aaron Jones leading the way, PurpleButcher overwhelmed Lowly Panthers 134.22 to 89.84. That tandem teamed up to score 56.72 points, substantially more than Kyren Williams and DJ Moore (46.80 combined points), the top two on Lowly Panthers. Allen passed for four touchdowns, adding 30.92 points (263 Pas Yds, 44 Rsh Yds, 4 TD). Jones also pitched in 25.80 points (102 Rsh Yds, 46 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) for the winners. PurpleButcher took a 40.16-point lead on Sunday afternoon and held the lead throughout the matchup. Lowly Panthers has stumbled in the early part of the season and is winless. On top of the loss, Lowly Panthers received no points from Mark Andrews. PurpleButcher (2-1, 355.32 points) climbs into sixth place and Lowly Panthers (0-3, 344.98 points) stays in eighth place.
Conner had plenty of opportunities for Lowly Panthers, but could only manage 25 total yards on 10 touches.
