Final Score 109.56 | 121.94 |
Derrick Henry rushed for 169 yards (25.20 points) and Aaron Jones added 20.60 points as Sandman beat Inigo 121.94 to 109.56. Sandman took a 2.58-point lead on Sunday afternoon and maintained that advantage for the rest of the matchup. Sandman hit their projections and put up 5.1% more than their projected 115.99 points, while Inigo just fell short of hitting their projections and scored 92.0% of a projected 119.08. Sandman (4-3, 836.72 points) remains in fifth place and Inigo (3-4, 771.48 points) stays in seventh place.
There was one starter on Sandman that failed to capitalize on opportunites. Even though Davante Adams saw a total of nine targets, he reeled in just three catches. There are a couple of spots where Inigo really made a regrettable decision, as George Pickens could have started in place of either Jayden Reed or Stefon Diggs. Either of those point differentials could have changed the outcome.
Henry has now led Sandman in scoring in back-to-back weeks, and for three of the last four.
Sandman will have to step up their game next week when they go up against Tom (5-2, 866.40), who averages a solid 123.77 points per game. Inigo takes on Harrison (4-3, 855.32).
Williams had 21 carries for 76 yards and two TDs, giving him a rushing touchdown in all six of his games this season.
Henry had 15 carries for 169 yards, the third time this season he's rushed for at least 150 yards.
London made six catches for 63 yards and a TD, giving him at least 50 yards and a touchdown in each of his last three games.
Hurts (114 Pas Yds, 1 Pas TD, 2 Rsh TD) scored 22.76 points, the fourth-highest score of any QB in the league this week.
Fairbairn scored 12.00 points, the ninth-highest score of any K in the league this week.
With 19.30 points (93 Rec Yds), Bowers tallied the fourth-highest score for a TE this week.
