Tejas Hombres Beats Zachary to Grab 1st Place

Tejas Hombres (6-3, 1,220.22 points) assumes first place in the league after beating Zachary (seventh place, 4-5, 1,025.44 points) 134.30 to 126.60. Derrick Henry (106 Rsh Yds, 27 Rec Yds, 2 TD) led Tejas Hombres with 26.30 points while Sam Darnold (290 Pas Yds, 3 TD/2 Int) scored 19.00. Tejas Hombres has some momentum after winning their third straight. Darnold (acquired via free agency in Week 6) and Jakobi Meyers (acquired via free agency in Week 6) made a big impact, posting 19.00 and 18.50 points, respectively.

There was one starter on Tejas Hombres that missed out on opportunities. Despite being targeted 10 times, Dalton Kincaid could manage just four catches. One position where Zachary made a blunder is running back. Chase Brown could have started in place of Jonathan Taylor, and that point difference would've ultimately changed the outcome.
