William Drops the Hammer on Jason to Capture 9th Place
With the triumvirate of Jared Goff, Allen Lazard, and Tyler Lockett carrying the team, William overwhelmed Jason 124.20 to 84.36. That threesome combined to score 65.00 points, significantly outperforming the top scorers from Jason (Jalen Hurts, Evan Engram, and Amon-Ra St. Brown), who totaled 53.76 points. Goff passed for 315 yards, registering 25.10 points (315 Pas Yds, 3 TD). Lazard also put up 23.40 points (114 Rec Yds, 1 TD), while Lockett pitched in 16.50 points (65 Rec Yds, 1 TD). This matchup saw three lead changes, with the largest lead being 39.84 points after Monday night. This was a truly solid beating, with the 39.84-point margin being the ninth-highest recorded in the league this season. To make matters worse, Jason had two starters score zero points (Jonathan Taylor and Marvin Harrison Jr.).
