Final Score 95.16 | 120.80 |
The contribution of Joe Mixon led the way, as Them beat William 120.80 to 95.16. In the 25.64-point triumph for Them, the Houston RB blew up for 26.40 points. He scored two touchdowns as part of his big outing (115 Rsh Yds, 2 TD). To make matters worse, William had a starter score zero points (Courtland Sutton). Them (5-2, 754.96 points) remains in third place, while William (1-6, 705.36 points) stays in ninth place.
There was one player on Them that let some chances slip away. Despite being targeted nine times, Davante Adams could manage just three catches.
Mixon has now led Them in scoring in back-to-back weeks. It wasn't all bad news for William, as they did field a team of real-life winners. Every starter except Jordan Mason suited up on an NFL team that won in Week 7.
Next week, Them will face first-place Joes Before Hoes (6-1, 949.16). William takes on Jaxson (1-6, 573.12), who sits in last place.
Mixon rushed for 115 yards and two TDs, giving him at least 100 rushing yards and a touchdown in each of his last two games.
The Bills Defense (10 PA, 3 Sack, 1 Int, 1 Fum) scored 11.00 points, the seventh-highest score of any DEF in the league this week.
Tucker scored 13.00 points, the seventh-highest score of any K in the league this week.
With 22.10 points (89 Rec Yds, 1 TD), Thomas tallied the second-highest score for a WR this week.
Jacobs (76 Rsh Yds, 1 Rec TD) scored 20.20 points this week, his highest scoring output of the season.
With 8.90 points, Mason missed his projection of 12.26 this week. It has now been three weeks in a row that he has failed to reach expectations.
