      Week 12 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Austin Throat-Punches Jared, Tacks On 4th Straight Win

Austin got 22.90 points from A.J. Brown (109 Rec Yds, 1 TD) and 20.70 from Puka Nacua (117 Rec Yds) to destroy Jared 125.40 to 27.30. Austin took a 36.20-point lead on Thursday and maintained an advantage throughout the matchup. Austin goes to 1-1 this season against Jared, avenging a Week 3 loss (108.66 to 67.98) the last time the teams met. Jaylen Warren (acquired via free agency in Week 11) made a big impact, posting 15.40 points. Adding insult to injury, Jared had several starters score zero points. Austin (6-6, 1,341.30 points) remains in sixth place and Jared (8-4, 1,342.62 points) stays in third place.

Mixon had plenty of opportunities for Jared, but could only manage 45 total yards on 19 touches.

While Taysom Hill led Austin with 41.52 points last week, Brown paced the squad this week with 22.90.

Austin will have to step up their game next week when they go up against NotLikeUs (9-3, 1,579.72), who averages a strong 131.64 points per game. Jared gets Wall4man (7-5, 1,417.98).
