      Week 9 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Gibby Wins Against Jemom, Climbs to 8th Place

Gibby (4-5, 970.00 points) got the win against Jemom (3-6, 1,035.56 points) 94.00 to 87.94. They were led by Jalen Hurts (230 Pas Yds, 67 Rsh Yds, 2 Pas TD, 1 Rsh TD) with 29.90 points and Amon-Ra St. Brown (56 Rec Yds, 1 TD), who scored 18.60. Gibby scored first and went into Sunday leading 5.10 to 0.00. That advantage evaporated by the end of the early Sunday games and they trailed by 35.56. However, following the late Sunday games, Gibby regained the lead for good.

There was one starter on Gibby that missed out on some opportunities. Even though DJ Moore saw a total of nine targets, he reeled in just four catches.

Considering Zach Ertz only tallied 1.50 points, Gibby got pretty lucky that Jemom's top TE was off this week. If George Kittle (18.04 points per game this year) had played and hit his average, Gibby would have been beaten by 10.48 points. Hurts has now led Gibby in scoring in back-to-back weeks, and for three of the last four.

In Week 10, Gibby meets league-leader Evan (7-2, 1,067.36). Jemom plays Dan (5-4, 1,100.78), who has averaged a stout 122.31 points this season.
