      Week 16 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Bor Beats one and only, Heads to Consolation Championship

Bor remains undefeated against one and only this season after yet another win, this time by a final score of 123.28 to 114.04. They go to 9-7, while one and only drops to 6-10. Brock Bowers (99 Rec Yds) was the key difference this week, getting 20.90 points for Bor. The Las Vegas TE has been a good post-draft pickup for Bor, averaging 15.54 on the season. In three matchups with one and only, Bor has a 23.07-point average margin of victory.

There was a player on both teams that had plenty of chances but missed out on opportunities. On the winning side, Kendre Miller got 10 touches but only tallied 31 total yards, while Isiah Pacheco managed just 26 yards on 10 touches for one and only. One slot where one and only wishes they could get a do-over is RB. Tyrone Tracy Jr. could have started in place of Isiah Pacheco, and that point difference would've been enough to change the outcome.

For the winning side, a pair of players have been peaking at the right time: Davante Adams and Nico Collins. Over the past four weeks, that duo has topped their season scoring averages by 94% and 42%, respectively. On the other hand, Bor has two players trending in the wrong direction. Kenneth Walker III and the Minnesota Vikings DEF have both substantially underperformed their year-to-date averages recently. Despite the loss, one and only had a couple of players peaking for the postseason: Mike Evans and Jared Goff. Over the past month, that combo has averaged 21.38 and 26.34 points, respectively, topping their season-long marks by 65% and 40%.

Next week, the league consolation championship will be decided when Bor goes up against No. 3-seeded TitanicUpset. Bor has a 1-1 record against TitanicUpset this season. one and only ended the regular season in eighth place with a record of 6-9. Catching some unlucky breaks, they ranked fourth in the league in points per game with 121.84. one and only was one-and-done this postseason, losing in their first playoff matchup.
