      Week 7 Recap: Tuesday Edition

rex Wins Against one and only, Drops Them into 7th Place

A primetime rally on Monday Night Football (39.50 points, 35% of their total score) wasn't enough for one and only, as rex got the 117.16 to 112.40 victory. The late-match efforts were a little unexpected, considering their original Monday projection was only 35.45 points. rex was led by Aaron Jones this week, who added 20.60 points (93 Rsh Yds, 1 TD). Kyren Williams also helped the cause with 19.60 points with two touchdowns (76 Rsh Yds, 2 TD). one and only (3-4, 855.28 points) drops to seventh place, while rex (2-5, 748.58 points) remains in ninth place.

Kamara had plenty of opportunities for one and only, but could only manage 24 total yards on 13 touches.

rex got pretty lucky that one and only's best DEF had the week off, since the Chargers Defense only tallied 3.00 points. If the Bears Defense (10.67 points per game this season) had played and gotten their average, rex would've lost by 2.91 points. Since Jones was the leading point-getter for rex, it means a different player has now topped the team in each of the past five weeks. With 29.10 points, Rashee Rice paced the squad in Week 3, while CeeDee Lamb put up 23.60 points to lead the way in Week 4. Tee Higgins (29.30 points) was tops in Week 5 and J.K. Dobbins (18.20 points) led in Week 6.

rex faces Gang Gold Green (4-3, 782.08) in Week 8. one and only will square off against last-place Punt (1-6, 671.00).
