      Week 16 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Gang Gold Green Punishes Evan to Get Shot at Championship

Gang Gold Green improves to 3-0 versus Evan this season after yet another win, this time by a final score of 170.94 to 99.12. They go to 12-4, while Evan drops to 10-6. Jonathan Taylor rushed for 218 yards and was the team leader this week, getting 39.80 points. Taylor has turned out to be an excellent second-round pick for Gang Gold Green, averaging 16.01 points per game. Gang Gold Green now has a 29.93-point average margin of victory over Evan in three matchups.

Robinson had plenty of opportunities for Evan, but could only manage 41 total yards on 12 touches.

Gang Gold Green was on another level in the backfield, as they started two of the league's top-five overall RBs this week (including Taylor, who was best overall).

For the winning team, several players have been peaking at the right time, most notably Jerome Ford and Taylor. Over the past four weeks, that duo has bettered their season scoring averages by 87% and 62%, respectively.

Next week, the league championship will be decided when Gang Gold Green faces top-seeded Red Dogs. Gang Gold Green is winless against Red Dogs in two matchups this season, with their most recent loss coming in Week 14. Evan ended the regular season in third place with a record of 10-5. Their record was a bit misleading, as they ranked just eighth in the league in scoring average at 115.23 points per game. Evan was bounced early this postseason, losing in their first playoff matchup.
