      Week 11 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Conner Cannons Gets Late Win over Jonathan, Gets Redemption

Conner Cannons had an excellent primetime performance with 54.48 points on Monday Night Football (54% of their total score) to get the comeback win over Jonathan 100.18 to 92.04. The late heroics were a bit unexpected, since they were originally projected to put up 40.60 points on Monday night. Conner Cannons was led by Joe Mixon this week (109 Rsh Yds, 44 Rec Yds, 3 TD). Mixon scored three touchdowns and provided 35.30 points to the effort. James Cook also helped out with 19.70 points by getting two touchdowns (20 Rsh Yds, 2 TD). With Brandon Aiyuk delivering zero points for Conner Cannons, the margin could have been bigger. Conner Cannons (4-7, 1,018.92 points) remains in eighth place, while Jonathan (2-9, 957.36 points) stays locked in last place.

There was a player on both teams that had plenty of chances but didn't capitalize on opportunities. On the winning side, Tony Pollard got 11 touches but only tallied 29 total yards, while Aaron Jones managed just 43 yards on 16 touches for Jonathan. One slot where Jonathan is really kicking themselves is RB. Javonte Williams could have started in place of Aaron Jones, and that point difference would've ultimately changed the outcome.

Mixon has now led Conner Cannons in scoring in consecutive weeks.

In Week 12, Conner Cannons meets Sierra Hotel India (7-4, 1,278.34). Jonathan gets Desert Diablos (6-5, 1,373.92), who has averaged a solid 124.90 points this season.
