Ilze Steals Win from Conner Cannons for 4th Straight Win
Ilze moves to 2-0 versus Conner Cannons with a 103.86 to 94.18 win. Their overall record goes to 8-5, while Conner Cannons falls to 4-9. Josh Jacobs (43 Rsh Yds, 74 Rec Yds, 1 TD) was the determining factor this week, putting up 21.70 points. The Green Bay RB was a great mid-round selection for Ilze and has played like a top-tier running back. To make matters worse, Conner Cannons got zero points from Brandon Aiyuk.
On Ilze, the San Francisco 49ers DEF wasn't just the one defense to earn a negative score; they represented the only fantasy starter throughout the entire league to do so. Christian McCaffrey ultimately deserved more touches for Ilze, as he put up an efficient 67 all-purpose yards on just nine total touches. One slot where Conner Cannons wishes they could get a do-over is WR. Jerry Jeudy could have started in place of Deebo Samuel Sr., and that point difference would've been enough to win.
While Courtland Sutton led Ilze in Week 12 with 29.70 points, Jacobs paved the way this week with 21.70.
