Ben Wins Against Neck Infection for 3rd Straight Win
Joe Burrow passed for 324 yards (25.36 points) and David Montgomery added 21.20 points as Ben defeated Neck Infection 112.66 to 97.40. Ben took a 13.30-point lead on Sunday afternoon and never looked back. Still undefeated, Ben is starting the season strong. Neck Infection (1-2, 304.66 points) drops to eighth place and Ben (3-0, 349.34 points) remains in second place.
There were a few players in this matchup that had plenty of chances but missed out on opportunities. On the losing side, D'Andre Swift and Josh Jacobs got 30 total touches but only tallied 90 all-purpose yards between them. For Ben, James Conner managed just 25 yards on 10 touches. One spot where Neck Infection really made a regrettable choice is quarterback. Dak Prescott could have started in place of C.J. Stroud, and that point difference would've been enough to win.
