      • TasmanianDevil won this week, even without starting a top-15 scoring QB.
      • Andrew continues defying the pundits, and has beaten their projected score three weeks in a row.
      • Paneendra babu unfortunately stashed Tee Higgins on their bench. The 40.10 points would have represented the highest individual amount in the league this week.
      • No surprise here: teams have won 88.9% of the time this season when starting the league's top-scoring QB of the week (8-1 overall).
      • Guatemalan Saints is on a three-game winning streak.
      • Teams have won only 37.8% of the time this season (17-28) when they fail to throw a Pass TD.
      • Free Agents Drew Lock, Trey McBride and Marvin Mims Jr. combined to score more points than all of Bruce's starters this week.
      • Andrew beat their projections by a higher percentage than anyone else in the league this week. They put up 112.68 points when they were only projected 76.39.

      Week 17 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Steven Ed Picks Up Victory over Andrew, Gets Redemption

A rally on Monday Night Football (52.78 points, 47% of their total score) wasn't enough for Andrew, as Steven Ed got the 148.18 to 112.68 victory. The late-match efforts were somewhat unexpected, considering their original Monday projection was only 34.76 points. Steven Ed was led by DeVonta Smith (120 Rec Yds, 2 TD). The Philadelphia WR scored two touchdowns and added 30.00 points to the cause. Adding insult to injury, Andrew had two starters score zero points (David Montgomery and Tank Dell). With 148.18 points, Steven Ed had the highest total in the league this week, as well.

Unfortunately for Andrew, the 49ers Defense wasn't just the lone defense to earn a negative score; they represented the only fantasy starter throughout the whole league to do so.

For the victors, several players have been postseason stars, including Jake Elliott and Smith. During the playoffs, that duo has topped their season scoring averages by 84% and 82%, respectively. Conversely, Steven Ed has a player moving in the wrong direction. Josh Allen has fallen significantly short of his year-to-date average in the postseason by 28%. Despite the loss, Andrew had a few players performing their best in the playoffs, most notably Jameson Williams and Brock Purdy. During the postseason, that combo has averaged 25.25 and 25.70 points, respectively, topping their season-long marks by 112% and 63%. On the other hand, the losers had two players who struggled in the playoff spotlight: the San Francisco 49ers DEF and Montgomery.
