Sam Tops FinleyPacker to Avenge Prior Loss
Sam benefited from 26.90 points from DJ Moore (106 Rec Yds, 1 TD) and 21.90 from Tony Pollard (119 Rsh Yds, 1 TD) to get the win over FinleyPacker 126.36 to 100.56. Sam gets revenge for a Week 3 loss (129.98 to 111.98) and improves to 1-1 this season against FinleyPacker. De'Von Achane led FinleyPacker with 20.60 points (32 Rsh Yds, 2 Rec TD) while Jerry Jeudy racked up 14.50 (85 Rec Yds). Sam (5-7, 1,415.06 points) remains in eighth place and FinleyPacker (first place, 11-1, 1,682.44 points) earns a playoff berth despite the loss.
There was a player on both teams that had plenty of chances but didn't capitalize on opportunities. On the winning side, Joe Mixon got 19 touches but only tallied 45 total yards, while Austin Ekeler managed just 24 yards on 11 touches for FinleyPacker.
While Joe Mixon led Sam with 35.30 points in Week 11, Moore paced the squad this week with 26.90.
