Wings of Winter Ekes Out Win Against hs1 to Avenge Prior Loss
Wings of Winter got 25.30 points from Puka Nacua (123 Rec Yds, 1 TD) and 25.10 from Jauan Jennings (91 Rec Yds, 1 TD) to nip hs1 104.88 to 101.98. Wings of Winter took a 20.00-point lead on Sunday afternoon and maintained that advantage for the rest of the matchup. Wings of Winter goes to 1-1 this season against hs1, avenging a Week 2 pasting (166.66 to 80.80) the last time the teams met. hs1 got zero points from Tucker Kraft, which might have made the difference in the outcome. Wings of Winter (3-8, 1,074.86 points) remains mired in the cellar and hs1 (6-5, 1,403.12 points) stays in fourth place.
Alexander Mattison really deserved more touches for Wings of Winter, as he put up a whopping 69 total yards on just eight touches.
