Gunjunkunkus Beats Craig, Will Play for Championship
Gunjunkunkus defeated Craig 172.58 to 141.38 and got the third-highest score this season. Gunjunkunkus took a 5.38-point lead on Thursday and never looked back. Gunjunkunkus has played Craig well lately, improving to 2-1 head-to-head this season, including a Week 10 pasting (170.50 to 100.22) in their last matchup. Justin Jefferson brought in the second-highest score in the league this week with 36.40 points (144 Rec Yds, 2 TD) for Craig.
Gunjunkunkus was on another level in the backfield, as they started two of the league's top-10 overall RBs this week (including Hubbard, who was in the top five).
Despite the loss, Craig had several players peaking for the postseason, including Puka Nacua and Mike Evans. Over the past month, that combo has averaged 22.62 and 21.38 points, respectively, topping their season-long marks by 86% and 65%.
Gunjunkunkus rolled into the playoffs following a dominating wire-to-wire regular season. Next week, the league championship will be decided when Gunjunkunkus matches up against No. 3-seeded Turf Toe Joes.
