      Week 7 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Aaron Throat-Punches Mark, Rises to 6th Place

Aaron turned in a strong primetime performance with 42.30 points on Sunday Night Football and 27.00 on Monday (a combined 49% of their total score) to easily beat Mark 142.30 to 85.78. The late heroics were a bit unexpected, since they were projected to score just 28.60 points on Sunday night and only 16.67 on Monday. Aaron was led by Baker Mayfield (370 Pas Yds, 1 2PT, 3 TD/2 Int). Mayfield passed for 370 yards and added all 27.00 of the team's MNF points in the beatdown. Also, with 142.30 points, Aaron had their highest total of the season. Aaron (3-4, 795.52 points) climbs into sixth place, while Mark (2-5, 675.32 points) stays in ninth place.

There was one player on Aaron that missed out on some chances. Even though Xavier Worthy saw a total of eight targets, he reeled in just three catches.

Since Mayfield was the leading point-getter for Aaron, it means a different player has now topped the team in each of the past five weeks. With 29.10 points, Rashee Rice paced the squad in Week 3, while Joe Burrow put up 16.28 points to lead the way in Week 4. Drake London (33.40 points) was tops in Week 5 and Breece Hall (21.90 points) led in Week 6.

Aaron goes up against Jacob (5-2, 797.58) in Week 8. Mark plays Lorenzo (5-2, 883.20), who is averaging a solid 126.17 points per game.
