The WiseGuys Beats Golden Rulez, Moves on to Championship
Saquon Barkley rushed for 150 yards (33.00 points) and James Conner added 29.60 points as The WiseGuys got past Golden Rulez 169.50 to 127.15. A late push in prime time on Sunday Night Football (32.40 SNF points, 25% of their final score) wasn't enough for Golden Rulez. The WiseGuys gets revenge for a Week 6 loss (138.25 to 107.25) and improves to 1-1 this season against Golden Rulez. Lamar Jackson led Golden Rulez with 28.55 points (207 Pas Yds, 3 TD/1 Int) while Derrick Henry brought in 23.90 (162 Rsh Yds, 27 Rec Yds).
For the victors, two players have been late-season stars : Conner and Jaxon Smith-Njigba. During the playoffs, that duo has outperformed their season scoring averages by 85% and 31%, respectively.
