Black Sheep Punishes Apex Predators, Remains Undefeated Against Them
The duo of Justin Jefferson and Alvin Kamara carried the team, as Black Sheep dismantled Apex Predators 88.00 to 47.00. That tandem combined to tally 42.00 points, clearly outpacing Drake London and Stefon Diggs (35.00 combined points), the top two on Apex Predators. Jefferson (81 Rec Yds, 1 TD) delivered 27.00 points, while Kamara (10 Rsh Yds) also tacked on 15.00 for the victors. Black Sheep took a 15.00-point lead on Thursday and remained in front for the rest of the matchup. Apex Predators still cannot beat Black Sheep, who extended their career unbeaten streak to three games in the series. Both sides missed scoring opportunities as Black Sheep had two starters turn in zero points and Apex Predators also had two. Black Sheep (2-5, 566.00 points) remains in 10th place and Apex Predators (1-6, 486.00 points) is still looking up at everyone from last place.
Alvin Kamara had plenty of chances for Black Sheep, but he logged just 24 total yards on 13 touches.
While Kenneth Walker III led Black Sheep with 30.00 points last week, Jefferson paced the squad this week with 27.00.
