Brockton Blockbusters Tops Flamin Hot Cheetahs, Moves Up to 6th Place

The tag team of Mike Gesicki and Rico Dowdle led the way, as Brockton Blockbusters beat Flamin Hot Cheetahs 136.52 to 108.50. That tandem combined to tally 48.70 points, winning the battle against Davante Adams and Baker Mayfield (40.10 combined points), the top two on Flamin Hot Cheetahs. Gesicki scored two touchdowns, adding 27.00 points (100 Rec Yds, 2 TD). Dowdle also pitched in 21.70 points (75 Rsh Yds, 32 Rec Yds, 1 Rec TD) for the winners. Brockton Blockbusters delivered a great effort and put up 28.4% more than their projected 106.29 points, while Flamin Hot Cheetahs fell short of their projections and scored only 87.1% of their projected 124.59.
