Week 12 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Stephen Picks Up Win Against Jefferson Chiefs to Bring Series Record to 2-0

Stephen beat Jefferson Chiefs 119.46 to 104.18 for their second win in as many head-to-head matchups. The two teams now have the same overall record, sitting at 4-8. Stephen scores a lot against Jefferson Chiefs, and their average score in the series is 130.45 points, much higher than their total season average. Tony Pollard (119 Rsh Yds, 1 TD) was the key difference this week, garnering 21.90 points. Pollard continues to be a marvelous late-round pickup for Stephen, scoring an average of 14.07 points per game. On top of the loss, Jefferson Chiefs had a starter score zero points (Ty Chandler).

There was one player on Stephen that missed out on opportunities. Despite being targeted 10 times, Brock Bowers could manage just four catches.

It wasn't all bad news for Jefferson Chiefs, as they did put together a team of real-life winners. Every starter except Nico Collins played on a winning NFL team in Week 12. Since Pollard was the leading point-getter for Stephen, it means a different player has now topped the team in each of the past five weeks. With 22.60 points, Kyren Williams paced the squad in Week 8, while Davante Adams put up 22.10 points to lead the way in Week 9. Breece Hall (12.30 points) was tops in Week 10 and Brock Bowers (31.30 points) led in Week 11.

Stephen matches up against Heather (5-7, 1,307.24) in Week 13. Jefferson Chiefs will take on last-place miguel (2-10, 989.90).
