FIRST or LAST (5-1, 745.06 points) takes over first place in the league after beating lexi (fifth place, 4-2, 698.28 points) 110.46 to 85.08. Jayden Daniels (269 Pas Yds, 2 TD) registered 20.96 points and Kenneth Walker III (32 Rsh Yds, 37 Rec Yds, 1 TD) scored 20.90. FIRST or LAST took a 45.90-point lead on Thursday and never looked back. Having won five straight, FIRST or LAST is a tough opponent for anyone. Josh Downs (acquired via free agency in Week 5) made a big impact, posting 19.50 points. On top of the loss, lexi had a starter score zero points (Jonathan Taylor).
There was one noteworthy player on FIRST or LAST that missed out on some chances. Even though DK Metcalf saw a total of 11 targets, he only reeled in three catches.
Since Daniels was the leading point-getter for FIRST or LAST, it means a different player has now topped the team in each of the past five weeks. With 28.90 points, DK Metcalf paced the squad in Week 2, while Kyren Williams put up 31.60 points to lead the way in Week 3. Kenneth Walker III (33.60 points) was tops in Week 4 and Drake London (33.40 points) led last week.
FIRST or LAST takes on Lard Knocks (3-3, 667.92) next week, while lexi battles Mowbray Misanthropes (3-3, 689.20).
