      Week 14 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Bayern Bears Ekes Out Victory Against Balls Deep to Bring Series Record to 2-0

Bayern Bears edged Balls Deep 148.48 to 144.42 for their second close win in as many matchups. Their record improves to 12-2, while Balls Deep slips to 7-7. Balls Deep isn't an easy win for Bayern Bears, whose a 4.19-point average margin of victory against Balls Deep is less than half of their season-average margin of victory. Josh Allen scored three touchdowns and was the winning factor this week, putting up 51.88 points for Bayern Bears. Allen has been an outstanding player to this point and, after last week's great game, he moved into the top five overall in fantasy points.

Bayern Bears got pretty lucky that Balls Deep's top QB was off this week, since Russell Wilson earned just 16.02 points. If Lamar Jackson (24.72 points per game this year) was in the lineup and gotten his per-game average, Bayern Bears would have lost by 4.64 points. While Brock Bowers led Bayern Bears last week with 30.20 points, Allen paved the way this week with 51.88.

In Week 15, Bayern Bears will meet the last-place team in the league, go browns (3-11, 1,321.46). Balls Deep will square off against Staines Stains (11-3, 1,829.98), who is averaging a solid 130.71 points per game.
