      Week 6 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Staines Stains Beats Balls Deep, Streak Now at Five

Staines Stains benefited from 21.86 points from Jalen Hurts (264 Pas Yds, 33 Rsh Yds, 2 TD) and 17.60 from Trey McBride (96 Rec Yds) to take down Balls Deep 96.46 to 88.92. Staines Stains has become a team no one wants to play after winning their last five matchups. Lamar Jackson led Balls Deep with 18.92 points (323 Pas Yds, 40 Rsh Yds, 1 TD/1 Int) while Sam LaPorta racked up 12.20 (52 Rec Yds, 1 TD). Balls Deep (3-3, 713.06 points) drops to fourth place and Staines Stains (5-1, 673.78 points) remains in second place.

Jordan Mason really deserved more touches for Balls Deep, as he put up a whopping 82 total yards on just 10 touches.

Staines Stains was very lucky that Balls Deep's best RB had a bye this week, considering Austin Ekeler earned just 10.80 points. If Kyren Williams (19.42 points per game this season) had played and gotten his per-game average, Staines Stains would have been beaten by 1.08 points. In addition to the fantasy W, Staines Stains was savvy enough to select winners in real football, as well. Among all of their starters, McBride was the only one that didn't suit up on a winning NFL team in Week 6. Since Hurts was the top point-getter for Staines Stains, it means a different player has led the team in each of the last four weeks. With 33.60 points, Saquon Barkley paced the squad in Week 3, while Amon-Ra St. Brown (20.78 points) was tops in Week 4 and Tee Higgins (29.30 points) in Week 5.

Next week, Staines Stains will meet first-place Bayern Bears (6-0, 871.10). Balls Deep plays qualica (3-3, 633.72).
