Chris Beats Balls Deep, Nabs League Consolation Championship
Chris beat Balls Deep 122.78 to 104.72 for their second win in as many head-to-head matchups. Their overall record goes to 9-8, while Balls Deep drops to 8-9. Mike Evans scored two touchdowns and was the key player this week, garnering 29.70 points. Evans has turned out to be a nice third-round selection for Chris, averaging 17.12 points per game. The outcome could have been worse as Chris had a starter score zero points (David Njoku).
For the victorious side, several players have been playoff studs, including Evans and Puka Nacua. During the playoffs, that duo has bettered their season scoring averages by 62% and 49%, respectively. Conversely, Chris has a few players moving in the wrong direction.
