      Week 2 Recap: Tuesday Edition

      Ernest Beats Nix Six

Led by the three-headed monster of Zay Flowers, George Kittle, and Josh Jacobs, Ernest picked up a win against Nix Six 110.66 to 92.34. That threesome teamed up to score 55.80 points, substantially more than Trey McBride, Bijan Robinson, and DJ Moore (46.20 combined points), the top three on Nix Six. Jacobs rushed for 151 yards, registering 13.10 points (151 Rsh Yds). Flowers also came through with 22.10 points (91 Rec Yds, 1 TD), while Kittle chipped in 20.60 points (76 Rec Yds, 1 TD). Ernest took a 9.76-point lead on Thursday and maintained an advantage throughout the matchup. While each team failed to meet expectations, Ernest scored 93.4% of their projected 118.45 points to get the win. Ernest (1-1, 236.34 points) shifts into fifth place and Nix Six (1-1, 196.44 points) goes to eighth place.

Jerome Ford probably deserved more touches for Ernest, as he put up a whopping 64 total yards on just eight touches. One slot where Nix Six wishes they could go back and change the past is wide receiver. Calvin Ridley could have started in place of Tank Dell, and that point difference could have changed the outcome.

In Week 3, Ernest squares off against 4th and 10 (0-2, 227.50), while Nix Six faces Ploen Pirates (0-2, 184.46).
