Week 12 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Scandinavian Stars Puts the Sting on London Falling, Grabs 6th Place

Scandinavian Stars got 23.40 points from Jahmyr Gibbs (90 Rsh Yds, 2 TD) to crush London Falling 136.72 to 93.86. This beatdown was revenge for a loss to London Falling in their last meeting a season ago. Jonnu Smith (acquired via free agency in Week 11) made a big impact, posting 19.20 points. Scandinavian Stars (6-6, 1,371.56 points) climbs into sixth place and London Falling (6-6, 1,412.60 points) stays in fifth place.

There was one starter on London Falling that missed out on some opportunities. Despite being targeted seven times, Josh Downs could manage just three catches.

Since Gibbs was the top point-getter for Scandinavian Stars, it means a different player has led the team in each of the last four weeks. With 27.20 points, Zay Flowers paced the squad in Week 9, while the Eagles Defense (28.00 points) was tops in Week 10 and Justin Herbert (24.38 points) in Week 11.

Scandinavian Stars will meet Guatemala City Tamales (8-4, 1,327.54) in Week 13. London Falling gets Old England Patriots (7-5, 1,554.52), who is averaging a league-leading 129.54 points per game.
