Toronto Bandits Pulls Off Comeback over Scandinavian Stars, Takes Career Series Lead 4-1
Toronto Bandits slipped by Scandinavian Stars 124.76 to 121.42 to improve their season record to 3-0 against them. They improve to 10-4, while Scandinavian Stars drops to 6-8. Toronto Bandits continues to dominate the historical series, moving their record to 4-1 against Scandinavian Stars. Justin Jefferson scored two touchdowns and was the winning factor this week, putting up 28.70 points. Jefferson has lived up to his draft position for Toronto Bandits, scoring an average of 15.21 points per game. Toronto Bandits now has an 18.13-point average margin of victory over Scandinavian Stars in three matchups.
Gibbs had plenty of opportunities for Scandinavian Stars, but could only manage 73 total yards on 21 touches.
Since Jefferson was the leading point-getter for Toronto Bandits, it means a different player has now topped the team in each of the past five weeks.
