      Carlisle Knights Beats Matthew, Streak Now at Five

      Jahmyr Gibbs scored two touchdowns (28.40 points) and Chase Brown scored two touchdowns (26.30 points) as Carlisle Knights defeated Matthew 118.94 to 109.08. Carlisle Knights took a 22.90-point lead on Thursday and remained in front for the rest of the matchup. With the win, Carlisle Knights secures a playoff spot. Carlisle Knights goes to 1-1 this season against Matthew, avenging a Week 6 loss (123.60 to 93.48) the last time the teams met. Carlisle Knights (9-6, 1,779.48 points) remains in fourth place and Matthew (8-7, 1,646.64 points) stays in sixth place.

      Along with being the one defense to tally a negative score, the Detroit Lions DEF (on Matthew) represented the lone starter in the whole league in the red. In addition, Carlisle Knights had an important starter that missed out on some opportunities. Despite being targeted nine times, Jauan Jennings could only manage two catches.
