Around The League
  • Red Dogs has now beaten their projected score five weeks in a row.
  • Punt and Gang Gold Green each got wins this week despite not starting a top-30 scoring WR.
  • Paul continues defying the pundits, and has beaten their projected score three weeks in a row.
  • Teams have won 56.7% of the time this season when they throw no picks in a week.
  • No surprise here: teams have won 75.0% of the time this season when starting the league's top-scoring QB of the week (6-2 overall).
  • Gang Gold Green is on a five-game winning streak.
  • Paul probably wishes they had started Jayden Daniels. The 30.40 points he scored would have represented the second-highest individual score this week.
  • rex is on a three-game winning streak.

Week 12 Recap: Tuesday Edition

Powered by Stars, rex Pounds Leif

Led by the trio of Courtland Sutton, Patrick Mahomes, and Aaron Jones, rex dismantled Leif 147.66 to 70.76. That threesome combined to tally 78.36 points, surpassing the total of Leif. Sutton scored two touchdowns, adding 29.70 points (97 Rec Yds, 2 TD). Mahomes came through with three passing touchdowns to contribute 28.76 points (269 Pas Yds, 60 Rsh Yds, 3 TD), while Jones tacked on 19.90 points (106 Rsh Yds, 1 TD). Sutton also recorded his highest point total of the season, with Mahomes tallying his highest point total of the season. rex had the highest score of the week, as well as the second-biggest margin of victory in the league this season. Adding insult to injury, Leif got zero points from DeVonta Smith. rex (5-7, 1,366.14 points) climbs into seventh place, while Leif (7-5, 1,551.08 points) stays in third place.

Unfortunately for Leif, the 49ers Defense wasn't just the lone D to earn a negative score; they represented the only fantasy starter throughout the whole league in the red. J.K. Dobbins probably deserved more touches for rex, as he put up an efficient 59 all-purpose yards on just nine total touches.

While Tee Higgins led rex last week with 29.80 points, Sutton paved the way this week with 29.70.

Next week, rex meets the last-place team in the league, Punt (3-9, 1,170.94). Leif gets Gang Gold Green (9-3, 1,391.78).
