Powered by Stars, Centurions UK Pulverizes SHAGUAR
The triple threat of Mike Evans, Lamar Jackson, and Tee Higgins led the way, as Centurions UK dismantled SHAGUAR 176.00 to 97.78. That threesome combined to score 92.80 points, significantly outperforming A.J. Brown, Aaron Jones, and Jordan Addison (56.90 combined points), the top three on SHAGUAR. Evans racked up 159 yards, accumulating 36.90 points (159 Rec Yds, 2 TD). Jackson came through with five passing touchdowns to contribute 36.10 points (290 Pas Yds, 65 Rsh Yds, 5 TD), while Higgins pitched in 19.80 points (88 Rec Yds, 1 TD). Evans also recorded his highest point total of the season, with Jackson tallying his highest point total of the season. Centurions UK had the highest score of the week, as well as the eighth-largest margin of victory in the league this season. Centurions UK (7-8, 1,897.74 points) remains in sixth place, while SHAGUAR (8-7, 1,762.00 points) stays in fifth place.
On SHAGUAR, Brock Purdy was one of six total league starters to score fewer than five points (and the only QB to do so ). Zach Charbonnet really deserved more touches for Centurions UK, as he put up an efficient 66 all-purpose yards on just nine total touches.
While Zach Charbonnet led Centurions UK matches (with 38.30 points), Evans has now been the team's top scorer in two of the past three weeks. It wasn't all bad news for SHAGUAR, as they did field a squad of real-life winners. Every starter except Purdy suited up on a victorious NFL team in Week 15.
