Clinton struggled to put up points this week and fell to Sankru 121.68 to 89.10. Sankru took a 0.70-point lead on Thursday and remained in front for the rest of the matchup. Sankru goes to 1-1 this season against Clinton, avenging a Week 4 loss (127.82 to 95.60) the last time the teams met. With DeVonta Smith delivering zero points for Sankru, the result might have been even worse. Sankru (4-9, 1,443.44 points) remains in ninth place and Clinton (8-5, 1,497.10 points) stays in third place.
There was one starter on Sankru that missed out on opportunities. Despite being targeted seven times, Zay Flowers could manage just three catches.
While Khalil Shakir led Sankru in Week 11 (with 15.00 points) and Nick Chubb last week (19.00 points), Robinson has now been the team's leading point-getter twice in the last four matches.
Sankru goes up against Puget Sound Salamanders (7-6, 1,599.10) next week. Clinton plays Florida Seals (11-2, 1,818.00), who sits in first place.
